Sudhir Pai is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Lotus Clinical Research Academy. Mr.Pai has been associated with the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry since the early 1990s. Prior to joining Lotus Clinical Research Academy, Sudhir Pai was Managing Director of Lotus Labs, India's leading clinical research organization which was acquired in 2005 by Icelandic generic pharmaceutical company Actavis. He was awarded 'Entrepreneur of the Year 2005' by Biospectrum, a leading magazine in the healthcare industry.

Sudhir is a Chartered Accountant by qualification.

Dr. Saral Thangam is Co- Founder and Technical Director at Lotus Clinical Research Academy. In her previous role, Dr. Thangam has been instrumental in the growth of Lotus Labs where she began as the Head of the Clinical Trials Division of the firm in 2001 and was Chief Operating Officer, before taking charge as the Managing Director in 2006 till 2010.

Dr. Thangam is a medical graduate from Christian Medical College, Vellore,and holds a postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine with a PhD in Physiology from St John's Medical College, Bangalore with 15 years of experience in clinical trials. Dr Thangam has several publications in leading Indian and International journals.

Dr.Saral is the winner of several awards including the prestigious Shakuntala Amirchand Award for outstanding Young Scientist by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR)

Dr. Sandhya Ravi is Director at Lotus Clinical Research Academy. In her previous role, Dr. Sandhya Ravi was Chief of Clinical Services at Lotus Labs.

Dr. Sandhya Ravi holds a MS in General Surgery with special interest in Oncology. Dr. Sandhya Ravi has over a decade's experience in clinical trials.

Dr. Kishore Nayak is the Medical Director of Lotus Clinical Research Academy. He was a Co-founder of Lotus Labs.

Dr. Kishore Nayak is a maxillofacial surgeon with more than 20 years experience in medical, pharmaceutical and contract research space both in India and abroad. He is currently a consultant at a leading private hospital in Bangalore with focus on maxillofacial surgery and implantology. He is the President - Elect of The International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. Nayak completed his BDS from Government Dental College in Bangalore, India and subsequently his MDS in Operative Dentistry and Endodontics. His interest in learning oral and maxillofacial surgery took him to the United Kingdom where he worked from 1985 to 1990. During this period he obtained his FDS RCS from England and Glasgow and his FFDRCS from Ireland. He has served on the Editorial Review Board of the British Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Dr. Ranganath Nayak is the Medical Director of Lotus Clinical Research Academy. He was a Co-founder of Lotus Labs.

In a career spanning 25 years, Dr. Nayak has served and trained as an Interventional Cardiologist in various geographies worldwide. Currently, Dr.Nayak is a Senior Consultant Cardiologist at a leading private hospital in Bangalore, India. Dr. Nayak’s professional interests are Interventional Cardiology, Training of Postgraduate students specializing in Cardiology and Clinical Research in the field of Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Nayak completed his MBBS from St. Johns Medical College, Bangalore, MD- General Medicine from Command Hospital, Bangalore University and DM Cardiology from Christian Medical College, Vellore. He was awarded the Hargobind Overseas Training Fellowship in 1991 for training in Interventional Cardiology in Australia and France.

Dr. Fjalar is a Doctorate in Pharmaceutical Chemistry with more than 30 years experience in Life Sciences. Based in Iceland, he is the Technical Director at Alvogen.

Shriram Bhalerao is the principal founder and has been the Managing Director of Labindia Instruments Pvt. Ltd. He has been instrumental in guiding Labindia into a highly successful and sophisticated Life Science and Analytical instrumentation company.

Mr. Bhalerao completed his BSc in Physics and Diploma in Electronics & Radio Engineering from Shikshan Prasarak Mandali, Pune and is a Governing Council Member of Shikshan Prasarak Mandali, Pune

Virendra S. Upadhye is a Managing Director of Labindia Instruments Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Upadhye has been primarily responsible for setting up the dealership business for Applied Biosystems (AB). Additionally, under Mr. Upadhye's command, a Genomics and Proteomics laboratory as well as a Microarray Service Facility has commenced operations at Labindia's Gurgaon premises.
